Shyness is a very common and great problem. It can be a great hindrance in the normal course of one’s life. Shyness means that you get embarrassed when spotlights focus on you. Being flushed in embarrassment during talking to someone is not a courageous thing indeed. For this reason, performing a simple assignment seems to be complicated. Many of us suffer greatly from this problem. So, here I am initiating some formulas about how to overcome shyness.

 

FIGURE OUT THE ROOT OF YOUR SHYNESS

 At first, you have to find out the root of your shyness. Think deeply about the main point for which you are very shy and are in hesitation. Shyness may be rooted in one’s personality. So, accept your personality with frankness and get engaged in overcoming it.

ACCEPT YOUR SHYNESS

Do not be afraid to accept your shyness. Everyone is not the same. You are shy and you know it. So, do not overthink it. Do not hide because of your shyness. This is not a problem rather if you do not work to overcome, it is a problem.

DO NOT FEEL ANXIOUS

Anxiety is a very harmful thing which impedes you to expose yourself. It is a part of undergoing shyness. When you feel nervous in front of an audience, do not be so afraid. Take a breath and control yourself. Overtake your anxiety.

MAKE YOURSELF CONFIDENT

Many of us are very shy because of being hesitant in doing works. Although one has many capabilities to act, one can not complete it smoothly because of his unconfident thinking. As a result, we see that lack of confidence kills our courage and makes us a failure. So, if you really want to know how to overcome shyness, before acting make yourself confident.

DO NOT THINK YOURSELF UNIMPORTANT

It is very important to know how to stop being shy and quiet. You are a very worthy and important part of the world. Negative feeling about yourself never gives you the advantages to accomplish your performances subtly. Rather, remind yourself that you are an eligible and awesome person. It will support you to overcome your vain shyness.

PRACTICE GOOD ATTITUDE

A good self-image of you makes it easier for you to overcome shyness. You can not impress others to you even if you have good qualities and excellencies, except you do not have a good attitude in talking, dealing, looking and smiling.  Make eye contact and keep your tongue flowing when talking to someone. Catch others with your posture. This quality will make you cute and impressive.

ENGAGE AND TALK

Engaging in new works and talking to others is not an easy task. One is to acquire this attribute. Engaging in new works will teach you new ways to act and will make you experienced and perfect. Talk to others. Tell jokes and stories. Give a presentation. These will make you sharp, keen, fluent and intelligent. These are obviously very required things to stop being shy and quiet.

TRY TO DO NEW THINGS

Every man is ingenious and talented. Do not think what comments are done to you by others. Throw out every comment and pick up new projects. If you fear the bad comments of others, and fear of being judged by criticism, you will never be successful in overcoming shyness. Do not hesitate. Rather let others judge you and your projects. By doing new things and practicing different acts you can overcome your fear and shyness.

BE AWARE

Wake up from inactiveness. Be self-aware. Disclose your all indolent thoughts, feelings, memories, and sensations to others. There is no way to avoid your genius. Rather you are the revealer of yourself. If you arise yourself to others, you will get several opportunities. Utilize every opportunity. It will help you to overcome shyness.

 

As shyness is an obstruction, it never carries any benefaction. Moreover, it hampers to expose yourself. So, if you are shy and coy, follow these noted formulas. And learn how to stop being shy and quiet by being open and silver-tongued.
